The Vitality Difference

Care Built Around the Person in Front of Us

Your health history, symptoms, laboratory results, priorities, and goals are uniquely yours. Your care plan should be too.

Vitality has been serving Arizona since 2006, and more than 10,000 patients have looked to the practice for care. Many arrived after trying somewhere else first, only to find the experience rushed and the options limited.

Your health and wellbeing is personal. It deserves a provider with the experience and range to address what each individual patient is actually dealing with, whether that is an annual exam, hormone balancing, weight management, thyroid support, or care related to depression and anxiety.

Vitality was built to offer patients more time, more meaningful evaluation, and a broader range of personalized options within one practice.

Women's health, men's health, hormone support, gynecology, thyroid care, and preventive care

Liz Sadler, FNP-C, joined Vitality to help address a gap she continued to see in Arizona healthcare: patients looking for personalized options, thoughtful guidance, and a provider who would take the time to truly listen.

Liz began her medical career as a registered nurse in 2006 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Elmhurst College in Illinois. Over the years, she gained experience in pediatrics, the operating room, and gastroenterology triage, developing a well-rounded understanding of patient care across different stages of life.

In 2012, Liz returned to school and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. During her clinical rotations, she developed a strong interest in hormone health and the role it can play in a patient's overall well-being.

Today, Liz works with both men and women, with a particular focus on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, thyroid support, preventive care, gynecological health, and personalized wellness planning. She is trained in pellet therapy and has helped hundreds of patients pursue greater balance, energy, and quality of life.

Her goal for every patient is simple: understand their individual concerns, identify appropriate treatment options, and help them move toward an optimal level of health and wellness through care tailored to their needs.

Outside the clinic, Liz enjoys hiking, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and caring for her three rescue dogs.

Christin Hegreness, WHNP

Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

Christin Hegreness received her Master's in Nursing from ASU in 2011 and became certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Christin has always had a passion for helping women feel their best and understand their bodies.

She spent eight years practicing in obstetrics & gynecology, and recently joined our practice to focus more completely on hormone balancing, weight loss, and preventive care. She is also available for routine gynecological concerns and non-hormonal contraception.

Outside of the office, Christin stays busy keeping up with her three young children and seeking out the next crazy adventure with her husband, like scuba diving with manta rays and jumping off bridges in Austin. She loves to stay active, especially through weightlifting and triathlons, and also loves to try out new restaurants in the valley.

What Guides Our Care

Our Core Values

  • Personal, Not Typical

No two patients arrive with the same history, the same laboratory results, or the same goals. Care plans are built around the individual, not around a protocol handed to everyone.

  • Time to Listen

Rushed appointments are one of the most common complaints we hear about care patients received elsewhere. We build our visits around understanding the full picture first.

  • Root Cause Over Quick Fix

Fatigue, weight gain, low mood, and low energy can have underlying contributors. Where appropriate, we test, evaluate what the results may be showing, and use those findings to guide the treatment discussion.

  • Real Options

Weight management, hormone balancing, peptide therapy, thyroid support, women's and men's health, and aesthetic care are available within one practice, so care does not have to stop at the edge of a single specialty.

  • Honest Expectations

We tell patients what a treatment can reasonably do and what it cannot. Every patient responds differently, and we would rather set an accurate expectation than an appealing one.

  • Access That Works

Multiple Valley locations, appointments without an unnecessarily long wait, and phone consultations for many services help care fit into your life instead of interrupting it.

What to Expect

Our Approach

Meaningful care begins with understanding what you are experiencing, what your health history shows, and what you want to change.

  1. 1

    Consultation

We start by understanding your symptoms, health history, and what you actually want to change. Many services begin with a convenient phone consultation, so the first step may not require a drive across the Valley.

  2. 2

    Testing and Evaluation

Where appropriate, we review hormone levels, thyroid function, and other relevant markers so recommendations can be informed by your individual results rather than assumptions.

  3. 3

    A Plan Built for You

Your provider reviews the findings with you and builds a plan around your goals, history, medical needs, and what you are prepared to take on. You should leave understanding what the plan is and why it was recommended.

  4. 4

    Follow-Up and Adjustment

Bodies respond differently, and care plans may need refinement. We monitor progress, remain available for questions, and adjust recommendations when clinically appropriate.
